Cadillac Fabrication acquired Yard King in 1998, when owner Tom Bosscher saw the benefit of Cadillac Fabrication’s skill set married with a good product with solid engineering and an established marketing program. The ramp business was a niche market that has morphed into what it is today and Yard King has been at the forefront of that change.
